UpperLive
by HelloAds
UpperLive is an AI live-commerce host service operated by HelloAds, an advertising agency in Bangkok, Thailand, launched in 2026. The host is generated from a real person who gave consent, and every live is run by a human team.
HelloAds ran advertising and live selling for clients before UpperLive. The bottleneck was never the products or the systems — it was the host, who could present only a few hours a day, took leave, and cost more every time a client wanted more hours. So we built an AI host for ourselves, then opened it to other brands as UpperLive.
We do not sell "AI instead of people". We sell a studio where the AI speaks and people decide. Every script is written by the team, every answer is confirmed by the brand, and every live has someone behind the screen who can stop it within one clip.

AI use policy
- Every host is generated from a person who gave written consent for both likeness and voice
- Every clip and every live carries an "AI-generated" label as each platform requires
- The host speaks only data the brand has confirmed; it never invents claims or offers
- Every live is controlled by a real person and can be stopped at any time
